Oats Overnight is on a mission to build a generational CPG brand. Since 2016, our high-protein, drinkable oatmeal has reached over a million customers through direct-to-consumer, and we're now scaling with all major nationwide retail and club partners. Our goal: become a household brand by leveraging speed, storytelling, and strategy.
We are vertically integrated: we develop, manufacture, and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&D process, an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. It also makes our brand tangible and real: our factory, our team, and our product pipeline are all part of the narrative.
This is an exciting stage-we are emerging as a significant omni-channel brand and launching new products to capture significant market share across verticals. We want you to help us get there.

What's The Job?
Oats Overnight is committed to providing world-class customer service, and we are looking for passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Customer Experience Agents who are eager to make a difference. In this role, you'll deliver quick, personalized, and effective solutions to customer questions and requests while ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values.
Schedule:
- Sunday - Thursday (10am - 7pm), or
- Tuesday - Saturday (10am - 7pm)
What You'll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part - Interact with customers over email to ensure they are satisfied and taken care of.
- Delight customers with quick, personalized, and effective solutions.
- Reach out to subscribers and customers to understand their needs and improve their experience.
- Contribute to developing and improving processes to manage customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Support retention efforts by resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and insights from customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You've Done And Who You Are - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Customer Service, sales, and/or retention experience preferred but not required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection: must be able to direct connect to a router if needed.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
- Empathetic, team-oriented, and always ready to support colleagues.
- Experience and desire to support a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
