We also specialize in the private jet industry and fine hotels. Our mission is to deliver luxury experiences for our guests. We are seeking local, experienced, and dedicated Reservationists for our Sports & Entertainment division, whose performance is exemplary and standards for service exceed expectations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide 5-star guest service to current and future Sports & Entertainment guests.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Exceptional sales experience, both client-facing and telephonic
• Previous reservation and guest services experience
• Tech-savvy with smartphones, tablets, and related technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be 21 years or older (excluding Montana and Hawaii)
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Work schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 7 pm weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and manage FBO and hotel sales and service
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience with local and national sales and operations
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Professional behavior towards guests and colleagues
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Residency in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proof of auto insurance/insurability
• Self-starter with excellent guest service skills
• Commitment to high standards and excellence
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Leadership and management experience
• Willingness to travel for training and support
