CHASSE Building team is actively looking for Estimators and Preconstruction Managers to add to our existing preconstruction teams in our Tempe and Tucson, Arizona offices. Estimators and Preconstruction Managers are responsible for guiding our clients through the preconstruction and design phase of construction projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving, at all stages of the design, while maintaining each project's desired program and scope within the cost and schedule constraints.

• Prepare and analyze cost models during the CM@R process or bidding period.
• Perform basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work, and abstracting, with working knowledge of estimating technology and tools such as OST, Bluebeam, and BIM related software.
• Ensure that the estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project.
• Communicate with architects and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements, and documents these clarifications.
• Prepare, present, and actively participate in the internal estimate review process.
• Direct, coordinate, and provide information and documents to Subcontractors.
• Build relationships with Subcontractors to obtain competitive advantage for CHASSE.
• Provide coordination with operations to ensure a reasonable plan (schedule, logistics, staffing) has been developed and incorporated into the estimate.
• Perform additional assignments upon request.
