Catering Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess a strong work ethic.

Base pay plus tips!

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils
• Organize and maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
• Assist in food preparation such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and assembling dishes
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow recipes and portion control
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
• Previous experience as a dishwasher and/or prep cook is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
