What You'll Do:

• Washing all soiled dishes, glasses, silver, utensil, pots and pans
• Cleaning steamers, stoves and fryers, cleaning grill, drip pans, pot sinks and dishwashers daily
• Sweeping and mopping floors in bakery, chef's office, and employees break room and the entire kitchen, including walk in freezer boxes.
• Helping during banquet plate ups, covering plates & expediting service as requested.
• Set up of employees' cafeteria and monitoring of meals daily.
• Monitoring for loss and breakage of china, glass and silver
