Job description:

A confidential defense distribution operation is hiring dependable General Warehouse Associates to support picking, packing, loading/unloading, and inventory control in a high-volume environment. Youll work safely, follow SOPs, and help keep product moving to meet daily goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load/unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Operate pallet jacks/hand trucks (forklift a plus) and maintain clean, hazard-free aisles
• Count, label, and verify inventory; complete basic logs and scanners (RF)
• Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards; assist with other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Credential: VantageClear credential or an active U.S. Security Clearance (any level) required; recognized industry-standard equivalents accepted
• Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work around moving equipment
• Reliable attendance, teamwork, and basic English reading/speaking for safety and documentation
  

Preferred

• 6+ months warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
• RF scanner and/or forklift experience (certification a plus)
