This defined retirement benefit requires a 12% monthly contribution rate and includes a 100% employer match on Day 1* Learn more at**We Require*** Two years of clerical and administrative experience* High school diploma or GED* A combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis**Other Requirements*** Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona Drivers License at the time of hire* Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance**We Also Value*** Clerical or criminal records inventory experience in a law office, judicial or law enforcement environment* Experience in scanning records and the maintenance of electronic legal records for archival purposes.* Experience entering data into Prosecutor by Karpel (PbK), Integrated Court Information System (ICIS), Arizona Disposition Reporting System (ADRS), Justice Web Interface (JWI), or other legal records management systems**Job Contributions*** Learns and follows the latest federal, state, and county policies for criminal history records research and processing* Maintain a current TOC license with the Department of Public Safety* Research criminal history information in various databases, including but not limited to PbK, ICIS Justice Court database, ICIS Superior Court database, OnBase, JWI, and ADRS* Reconcile and update arrest records and final dispositions in various databases, including PbK, JWI and ADRS* Copy and distribute final disposition reports to various law enforcement agencies* Accurately record daily and monthly productivity reports for organizational statistics and grant reporting**Working Conditions*** Mostly office setting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment* Requires long periods of sitting while completing computer activities* Ability to travel to and from various locations for meeting and trainings, utilizing personal or county vehicles* Hybrid and alternative work schedules are available upon successful completion of the 612-month probationary period**Selection Procedure*** Only the most qualified candidates will be considered* Consideration will only be given to candidates who submit online applications* Candidates will be contacted primarily through email and their Workday online application profile* Must pass a pre-employment background and/or fingerprint investigation as required by statute or policy, including drug and alcohol testing requirements for positions designated as safety-sensitiveMaricopa County is an equal opportunity employer.**Apply Now!**in 2024.
