POSITION SUMMARY
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring all finished products are packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role supports accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory flow, and helps ensure products leave the facility safely, correctly, and on time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manually package and wrap materials for shipment, including LFG, RFP, and B-Sales orders.
• Label cartons accurately for outbound shipments.
• Perform quality checks to confirm correct resin stickers and address labels are affixed to products and shipping containers.
• Maintain accurate records of items packed and shipped.
• Stack and load packages on the loading dock in a safe and organized manner.
• Place finished goods into the proper inventory locations.
• Restock packaging and shipping supplies as needed.
• Operate shrink wrap equipment safely and efficiently.
• Process material transactions in Oracle as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to operate a shrink wrap machine.
• Ability to read and understand Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
• Ability to perform inventory and shipping transactions in Oracle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as business needs require.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
• Steel-toed shoes are required for this position.
