A well-established and growing client of Headfarmer`s is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an opportunity for a proactive professional who`s ready to take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

• Take charge of GL accounting, AP, AR, and monthly close
• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting professionals

Your Impact:

• Manage daily accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Oversee month-end close and prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Perform detailed variance analysis and contribute to strategic reporting
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audit activities

What We`re Looking For:

• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data
• Confident communicator who can build relationships across departments
• A strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines during close/reporting cycles
