Pay: $20 per hour WEEKLY PAY

Open Work Schedules:

• Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Saturday -Tuesday | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage receiving and inventory operations, including inspecting shipments, verifying documentation, and accurately entering materials (especially chemical and drug items) into the system in a warehouse setting. This role supports production by organizing and rotating stock using FIFO, preparing materials and samples, and maintaining a clean, compliant receiving and chemical storage area. Responsibilities also include handling returns, monitoring expired or damaged inventory, and ensuring proper documentation and reverse distribution procedures.

We are looking for responsible, professional individuals who are reliable and able to follow supervisory instructions in an organized and clean manner.

Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments
• Signing paperwork
• Inspecting incoming items for defects or shortages
• Rejecting damaged goods as needed
• Verifying packages against packing slips
• Reporting discrepancies to the Supervisor
• Accurately entering inventory into the system
• Returning unsatisfactory shipments
• Labeling deliveries with barcodes and bump labels
• Organizing and rotating stock according to FIFO
• Delivering raw materials for production

Additional Duties Include

• Preparing chemical samples for quality testing
• Maintaining a clean and orderly receiving area and chemical room
• Completing cleaning logs
• Performing monthly checks for expired chemicals and proprietary drugs
• Properly preparing expired, damaged, or defective stock for reverse distribution

• Capacity to lift 50–100 pounds

• Strong attendance record
• Comfortable utilizing PPE
• Reliable transportation

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates with substantial warehouse experience, a minimum of 6 months to 1 year preferred.
