CALLING ALL DISPATCHERS!!!
LHH is currently seeking an experienced construction service Dispatcher for a growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. The reason this position is open due to someone else being promoted after a few years of working there. This is a fast-paced environment and service calls must be answered within 2 hours. The ideal candidate would have about 3+ years of dispatching experience within a construction setting.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching and closing out calls
- Emergency dispatching similar to 911, medical and alarm calls where urgency is important
- Working in clients various 3rd party sites and software's
- Multitasking
- Prepares paperwork for escalated calls
- Will be working in multiple systems at a time
- Creating work orders
- Invoicing
- Answering and helping technicians immediately
- Providing correct ETA of arrival
- Assisting customers
Qualifications:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
-High School Degree Required
- At least 1 year minimum of Customer Service Experience
Shifts on a rotation basis, some overnight shifts required.
Direct-Hire
Pay range: $22/hr - $29/hr depending on years of experience and position you qualify for.
