BoSa Donuts is looking for a dedicated Bakery Clerk to join our team at our Scottsdale location. As a Bakery Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a delightful experience while enjoying our delicious pastries and coffee. Daily Responsibilities: Assist with new store openings and setup Conduct sales analysis to optimize product offerings Operate fryer equipment to prepare fresh pastries Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers with selections Manage wholesale orders and deliveries Required Skills: Experience in store management Ability to palletize and organize inventory Knowledge of First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management Experience in merchandising and display setup Strong guest service skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience operating a pallet jack Ability to pull and pack orders efficiently Knowledge of fraud investigation procedures Skills in food preparation and sanitation Experience in shipping and receiving Salary and Benefits: Starting salary for this position is $31,500 with the potential to earn up to $40,000 based on experience and performance.
