Job Description:

  • Performs assembly tasks using hand tools, microscopes, spot welders, and manufacturing equipment while following documented procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy, quality, and compliance with policies and drawings.
  • Conducts visual inspections, identifies non-conforming parts, and meets production output goals.
  • Works independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Uses computer applications, communicates effectively, and maintains attention to detail while following all workplace requirements.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • bility to wear required PPE including smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
  • bility to use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and manufacturing equipment.
  • bility to follow documented procedures and drawings.

Experience:
  • One to three years of prior manufacturing-related experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Wear required PPE throughout the shift.
  • ssemble products using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other equipment.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform visual product checks to ensure quality standards.
  • Identify and report non-conforming parts.
  • Meet manufacturing output goals while maintaining high quality.
  • Work with minimal supervision to achieve department objectives.
Should Have:
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • bility to sit for extended periods.

Skills:

Qualification And Education:
