Our primary focus is spraying polyurethane foam (SPF) roofing on commercial and residential projects-new builds, reroofs, repairs and retrofit systems. Spray foam insulation experience is a plus; this position is directed toward foam roofing systems and complete roof installs.

Responsibilities: *Install SPF roofing systems (prep, masking, spraying, trimming, detailing, clean-up) *Operate, maintain and troubleshoot spray foam rigs and equipment: proportioners, compressors/generators, hose heat, and coating/transfer pumps. *Apply protective roof coatings (silicone/urethane/acrylic as applicable), including reinforcement and detail work *Perform substrate prep: cleaning, drying verification, priming, crack/join repairs, and foam shaping. *Execute penetrations, parapet/edge details, scuppers/drains, and leak repairs. *Follow safety procedures (PPE, fall protection) and keep job site clean and professional. *Communicate with foreman/PM and track materials/production as needed.

Requirements:

Strong, proven experience in SPF roofing

Bi-lingual is a plus

Complete working knowledge of spray foam application and equipment operation. (set-up, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance)

Familiar with coating pumps and roof coating application standards.

Ability to work on commercial and residential roofs and at heights

Reliable transportation: valid driver's license

OSHA 10/30 and SPF / coatings certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain.
