Summary: Responsible for pick-up and delivery of orders from both vendors and clients in a safe manner. This position interfaces with clients directly and must provide a competent representation of the company. This position is also responsible for maintaining all vehicle maintenance records and logbooks required by the accreditation board and follow the policies and guidelines of Hacienda HealthCare. This is a safety sensitive position.

• Be at their workstation at assigned time.
• Answer the telephone in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Maintain company owned vehicle, to include but not limited to, scheduling routine maintenance including tire replacement after informing Team Lead. This also includes all necessary paperwork including route sheets and inspection forms for the previous week.
• Follow all company policies regarding driving.
• Remain compliant with company insurance requirements.
• Handle basic assembly instructions.
• Deliver supply items as requested.
• Clean, troubleshoot and test equipment prior to returning to service, along with Ventilation Specialist and Team Lead.
• Assist in setting up of DME items in clients' homes.
• Possibility of driving for extended periods of time.
• Maintain the vehicle and workroom logs.
• Assist in keeping the office environment clean and mop daily and as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation on all delivery receipts.
• Coordinate deliveries to achieve optimum productivity.
• Prepare monthly orders with the assistance of the Team Lead and Assistant Director.
• Perform duties following safety standards required for this position including, but not limited to, use of PPE's.
• Attend training sessions required by the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess Arizona Driver's License in good standing.
• Must also provide an MVD driving record and qualify for company insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
