Description:

Position: Level 1 Service Desk Analyst (Onsite)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (North Phoenix – 5000 W. Carefree Highway)

Contract Position

Role Summary

Provide Level 1 technical and customer support to internal and external users in a fast-paced ITIL-based service desk environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-level support for incidents and service requests
  • Answer phone calls, emails, chats, and voicemails
  • Manage support inbox and track requests end-to-end
  • Deliver timely, professional, and courteous customer service
  • Assist with documentation, procedures, and work instructions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Customer service / help desk experience
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset

Preferred Skills

  • IT end-user support experience
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.)
  • Remote troubleshooting (PCs, networking, servers)
  • Technical writing experience
