My client is currently looking for a Construction Project Manager to support major commercial projects in the Phoenix area. They're a strong full-service mechanical contractor that has been serving the state of Arizona for 40+ years with many active projects in the pipeline right now and a strong backlog for future growth. They specialize in commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. They have a strong reputation in the Phoenix area and have won many awards for their work and culture!

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• This role provides leadership to project teams, drives customer satisfaction, manages financial performance, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and operational processes.
• The Construction PM serves as a key decision-maker, mentor, and problem-solver, capable of managing multiple large-scale HVAC and Plumbing projects valued at $1M+.
• This role requires site visits, collaboration with install teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What you need for this position:

• 7+ years experience in Commercial Construction
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient in project management and software tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills
