As a Special Education Teacher, you'll provide tailored instruction to K–12 students with diverse learning needs, supporting their IEP goals in inclusive classroom settings. Working across multiple schools, you'll build strong relationships, gain valuable experience, and make a lasting impact—on a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the school where needed
• Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning
• Assign lessons and follow the classroom teacher's lesson plans
• Maintaining a safe learning environment
• Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students' learning experiences and support them as needed

• Substitute Teaching License in Arizona
• IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working with children

• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around the classroom throughout the day
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and safely assist students when needed (kneeling, bending, quick response)
• Additional physical requirements may be requested during your application process

• Subject matter expertise
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting SPED students

• Pay: $150 - $170 per day
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday, within hours of 7:30 - 3:00/4:30 pm

• 401K (certain eligibility criteria)
