• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
