Picker And Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and reading picking tickets for various medical device products and devices, walking down labeled aisles with a cart to pick parts, and handling the entire picking and packing process.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and read picking tickets for medical device products.
• Walk down labeled aisles with a cart to pick parts.
• Perform picking, packing, boxing, labeling, shipping, and receiving duties.
• Ensure accurate labeling of products.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in picking and packing.
• Ability to stand and walk for 90% of the day.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic computer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Environment:

Work in a clean, air-conditioned, brand new facility. The attire includes smocks/scrubs, safety glasses, closed-toed tennis shoes, and work pants/jeans with a plain shirt. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with the requirement to work one Saturday a month for overtime.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
