What You'll Do

• Assist customers by phone and provide accurate information
• Process transactions & respond to inquiries
• Document all customer interactions
• Troubleshoot using internal systems
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Escalate unresolved issues when necessary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• strong computer skills
• Professional communication abilities
• Both bilingual and non-bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
