Responsibilities:

• Work with glass and small components requiring strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.


• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.


• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.


• Conduct visual inspections and make quality decisions quickly.


• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety procedures.


• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals.


• Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision when required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• 0 3 years of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to work in a dark room environment.


• Knowledge of mechanical, chemical, and electrical safety procedures.


• Ability to clearly read, write, and understand XX.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


• Ability to make quick, quality-based decisions.


• Patience and attention to detail.


• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Microscope and soldering experience.


• Experience handling small products or microchips.


• Working knowledge of electrical/mechanical measuring tools and quality control terminology.


• Familiarity with Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean methodologies.


• Soldering certification (preferred).


• Ability to multitask in a high-volume production environment.

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience.


• Preferred: 2-year post-secondary or Associate degree with 2 years of related experience.

• Must be comfortable working in a dark room environment.
