Job Details

The Packer/shipper will be responsiblefor packing/crating our product. Duties: Packers will follow packing instructions dictated by the Shop Work Orderpaperwork. All counts are to be verified by the Packer to ensure that the correct quantityof parts is being packed per Shop Work Order paperwork. Labels are to be filled out and applied to bundles or crates identifying typeof products and quantities. All Shop Work Order paperwork is to be completely filled out with thenumber of bundles and the quantity in each bundle. At times the Packer will need to build crates for shipping our product. Crateswill be built with the following tools: Chop saw, tape measure, nail gun, etc.. SKILLS NEEDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Basic Math Able to lift / handle product repeatedly Able to stand for 8 hours Read a tape measure (A 2 step test will be given at the time of interview) To use a chop saw Able to use a nail gun To help in other departments when needed Accuracy Collaboration Background & Drug Screen Adm...Packer, Shipper, Transportation, Staffing
