HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support logistics and inventory operations at a busy distribution center in Phoenix. This is a great hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving warehouse environment and enjoys physical, team-based work.

Position: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Phoenix, AZ (85008)
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and label incoming shipments accurately.
  
  
• Assist with sorting, shelving, and organizing warehouse inventory.
  
  
• Pick and pack orders according to packing lists and customer requirements.
  
  
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including box labeling and staging for pickup.
  
  
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
  
  
• Assist with routine inventory counts and stock rotation.
  
  
• Use pallet jacks or carts to move materials (training provided).
  
  
• Communicate with warehouse leads and managers on daily priorities.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods during the shift.
  
  
• 1+ year of warehouse, stockroom, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
  
  
• Familiarity with basic warehouse tools and safety practices is a plus.
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
  
  
• Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese is a plus
  
  
• Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse setting.
