This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced lab setting where precision and quality are key. If you have prior experience in packaging and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately weigh, label, and package cannabis concentrates.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces in a full-scrub lab environment.
• Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and quality control standards.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous packaging or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cannabis compliance and handling regulations is a plus.
• Active FA card preferred (note: employees are responsible for renewing expired FA cards at a cost of $300).
