Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Location: Talking Stick Golf Club - Scottsdale, AZ

Department: Facilities / Operations

Reports To: Facilities Manager / Food & Beverage Manager

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Weekends, Holidays & Evenings Required)

Position Summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to

maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the clubhouse, restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas,

event spaces, and on-course restrooms. This vital role ensures a clean, welcoming, and sanitary

environment for all guests, members, and staff.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and understands the

importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, and clubhouse common spaces
  • Clean and restock on-course restrooms located throughout the golf course
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces as needed
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and glass doors
  • Respond promptly to housekeeping-related requests from other departments
  • Assist with laundry tasks (if applicable), including washing, drying, and folding linens
  • Maintain a clean and organized supply cart and storage areas
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report needs to the manager
  • Ensure all cleaning procedures follow safety and sanitation regulations
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and follow a routine cleaning schedule
  • Physically able to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
