OVEN OPERATOR

This is a 2nd Shift Position

Job Description: Wrap aluminum products in a wood
grain film to be placed in an oven which bakes on a wood grain
pattern.

Duties:
Unwrap bundles of coated product
Clean while inspecting product for damages, scratches and any other defects.
Repeatedly lifting product from bundles to the conveyor belt for bagging
operation.
Removing bagged product from conveyor belt and placing on oven trolley.
Remove all seams, lines or wrinkles from the bag, insuring a tight seal
around the product for sublimation.
Place trolley into oven for baking process.
Remove bag from sublimated product.
Take sublimated product off the trolley and stack on carts for packing.
Keep a clean and organized work area.
Skills needed but not limited to:
Able to lift / handle product repeatedly
Able to stand for 8 hours
To help in other departments when needed
Attendance is a strict adherence.
Good communication skills
Detail oriented

Hand dexterity
