Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract

The File Clerk will support daily office operations by managing both outgoing and incoming mail while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This role involves preparing outgoing correspondence by printing letters, folding and stuffing envelopes, transmitting documents, and confirming document inception into the system of record (SOR). The File Clerk will also be responsible for opening incoming mail, sorting documents, and ensuring they are routed appropriately.
In addition to mail processing, the File Clerk will maintain tracking logs and report daily production numbers to the leadership team. This individual will monitor office supply levels—specifically letterhead and envelopes—and proactively notify leadership when reorder points are approaching.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office, is essential for success in this role.
Prepare outgoing mail by printing, folding, stuffing, and transmitting documents

Open, review, and sort incoming mail
