About The Role
Magnit is the future of work, serving hundreds of the world's most recognizable brands for over 30 years. This is a hybrid position working one day per week onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities
- The Client Services Consultant (CSC) is responsible for efficient delivery of Magnit's services to our clients.
- Work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery using Magnit VMS.
- Maintain quality client service and day‑to‑day site operations, focusing on contractual deliverables.
- Depending on team size, the CSC scope may cover one product or multiple product lines.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies.
- Payroll desk: Ensure screenings and pre‑employment checks, conduct orientations, maintain accurate VMS records; handle employee relations issues, resolve worker issues, and escalates serious issues to OM/PM.
- Staffing desk: Facilitate temporary requisition fulfillment, manage supplier and manager relations, qualify requisitions, and resolve worker, manager, and staffing agency issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in MSP client services, staffing account management, or full‑cycle recruitment.
- Experience with VMS platforms such as Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, or Beeline.
- Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation
The salary range is $55,000–$70,000 USD annually, based on experience, skills, and location.
