Adecco is seeking an experienced Packer/Shipper to support a high-volume, fast-paced production environment for one of our valued clients in Phoenix. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools, we want to hear from you!
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Position Summary
The Packer/Shipper is responsible for accurately packing, crating, labeling, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with Shop Work Order instructions. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and the willingness to support production needs as required.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all packing instructions as outlined in Shop Work Order paperwork
Verify all part counts to ensure correct quantities are packed
Complete and apply accurate labels to all bundles and crates
Properly fill out all Shop Work Order paperwork, including number of bundles and quantities
Build shipping crates as needed using tools such as a chop saw, tape measure, and nail gun
Support other departments as needed to meet production goals
Required Skills & Abilities
Basic math skills
Ability to lift and handle products repeatedly
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
Ability to read and use a tape measure
Comfortable using a chop saw and nail gun
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
