What You Will Do

  • Perform tasks in the indoor harvest grow, including watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager.
  • Serve as point person for Cultivation equipment preventative maintenance and checks (e.g., filter changes, sensor checks, other routine checks).
  • Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
  • Manage plant scheduling and organization to project daily, weekly, and monthly needs for maximum yield.
  • Catalog and maintain organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass. Assist with basic cultivation policies and sanitation.
  • Adapt to various strains and techniques to maintain steady pace and quality. Ensure compliance with METRC where applicable.
  • Support waste tracking (unusable vs usable product) and maintain cleanliness of the cultivation facility.
  • Follow instructions, accept feedback, and work to meet production standards and goals.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum age 21 or older and pass a criminal background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
  • Previous experience in agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer roles preferred
  • Ability to work across department needs and support packaging or other locations as needed
  • Basic understanding of cannabis laws and regulations; willingness to learn more
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to listen, follow instructions, and take constructive feedback
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work with others to achieve goals
  • Capacity to manage time effectively and maintain quality standards
  • Understanding and application of company rules, policies, and procedures

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs with assistance
  • Regularly required to carry, grasp, lift, walk, stand, bend/crouch, stoop, stretch, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions
  • Stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
  • Not allergic to or have a fear of insects
