Description:

Administrative Assistant

LHH is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, to provide support in a structured office setting. This role is well-suited for individuals with a strong background in administrative functions, particularly experienced in offering support to multiple managers across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules for internal staff and external meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to management and team members
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Perform high-volume data entry, email responses and calendar management with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
