Seasonal Warehouse Associates - Goodyear, AZ

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector / Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and handled with care. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Pay: $17.00per hour

Schedule: Full-time, seasonal (ALL SHIFTS)

Locations: Goodyear, AZ

Pull and select orders based on pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems

Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing

Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards

Organize, stack, and stage products in the correct locations

Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order selecting, or packing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to [40-50 lbs] and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and reading skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
