This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing professional communication, administrative support, and excellent customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain front desk organization, filing, and daily correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, order processing, and general clerical support.
• Collaborate with warehouse and office staff to ensure efficient communication.
• Handle paperwork, invoices, and delivery documentation as needed.
• Support the team with additional administrative or customer service tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
• Dependable and punctual with a positive, professional attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
