Shipping Associate - JARS Cannabis
Pay: $17 - $19/hr, based on experience

JARS Cannabis is seeking a Shipping Associate to support our high-volume distribution and inventory operations. This role is key to ensuring all outgoing shipments are prepared accurately, packaged securely, and sent out on time. If you have cannabis inventory experience, that's a plus-we'd love to bring your industry knowledge to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package outgoing orders with accuracy and care

• Verify products, quantities, and documentation prior to shipment

• Ensure all shipments comply with Arizona state cannabis regulations

• Coordinate pickup times and logistics with courier services

• Maintain organized shipping and staging areas

• Assist with inventory tracking, reconciliations, and METRC entries (if applicable)

• Work closely with Inventory, Production, and Receiving to support smooth operational flow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Cannabis inventory experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Dependable communication and teamwork abilities

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services
