What does a Special Events Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Responsible for the transport, unloading, and set-up of Swire Coca-Cola, USA products to customers for special events. These could include sporting events, hiring events, corporate retreats, etc. A Company supplied vehicle will be used to deliver items to various locations throughout the year. Must be at least 21 years of age. Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.

Job Details:
Schedule: Full Time. Monday - Friday. Flexibility for weekend events (example: travel, 2am start time for Waste Management Event)
Pay: $22.47/hr
Driving Ranges: Anywhere in South Region (Tucson, Flagstaff, Payson, Phoenix Metro and twice a year to Albuquerque)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and place Special Event Equipment, including Ice Barrels, Electric CCM Coolers - *a lot of lifting required
• Manage palletized products from the back of a pickup, onto a supplied Hand Truck for delivery to Customer
• Tow "Coca-Cola" trailer with Swire Coca-Cola vehicle
• Maintain all Company Supplied Equipment / Vehicle to Company Standards (i.e., cleanliness, presentable, etc.)
• Work with a team or independently
• Collect cash payments from customers when necessary
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor with clients

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• ARIZONA Drivers License - (MDOT Medical Physical required if hired)
• 1+ years Event experience preferred
• Able to safely lift up to 50lbs in and out of Truck or into Event Trailer as needed
• Bending, twisting, standing, and walking required during course of job
• Use all Company provided resources and technology (handheld, printer, credit card reader)
