Location: PHOENIX, AZ 85040

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Description:

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Perform disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of electrical/electronic equipment (Airplane cameras and Batteries)
• Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard.
• Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding.
• Follow written and verbal instructions; complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures under direct/limited supervision
• Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations according to company and/or customer drawings.
• Conduct inspections of your own work and/or other associates' work for correctness per drawings.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation
• Assist other departments, help with training/development as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Secondary Certificate) or relevant combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an electronics/manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and comprehend regulations/instructions in English; good manual dexterity to work with small parts.
• Proficient in using tools, inspection aids and able to pass hands-on assessment to move to interview stage.
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs. some physical demands (sitting 90%, standing/walking 10%).
• Must be available for all shifts and overtime weeks as needed.
