The Operations And Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor leads people and resources to support the Flood Control District's essential operations, ensuring critical infrastructure remains reliable and safe for the community.
This role oversees supervisors and staff, manages key maintenance programs, and serves as a technical expert for field crews, shop personnel, and ecology/vector control teams. The O&M Supervisor also collaborates with partners across the County to deliver high-quality projects and advance program goals with accuracy, accountability, and excellence. This position offers the opportunity to lead, influence, and continuously improve core services that protect and support our community.
