Location: PHOENIX, AZ 85040

Pay Rate: $22.10/hr

Shift: Sun-Thurs 3rd shift

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly and Test Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components, conducting quality tests, and ensuring that products meet strict specifications and safety standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on mechanical skills within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with assembly line processes, and proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining efficient production workflows and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Required to hand deburr.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated in accordance with calibration schedule.
• Produce and inspect assemblies for complete conformance to specification.
• Rework malfunctions disclosed by test data.
• Record test results on data forms.
• Interpret blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications and quality directives.
• Observe all safety rules and maintain a foreign object damage (FOD) free work area.
• May be required to run automatic weld machine.
• Perform other related responsibilities.

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months assembly/test or related experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilities.
• Must demonstrate manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
• Working knowledge of machine shop mathematics.
• Must demonstrate effective English verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
