Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7AM-11PM

We are seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives for a short-term assignment. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income before the new year while gaining additional customer service and call center experience.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Provide status updates on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality

• Meet established performance goals related to efficiency, attendance, and first-call resolution

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and professional communication

• Reliable and punctual
