Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts payable process efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors.
  • Review and approve invoices with precision.
  • Conduct vendor maintenance and updates.
  • Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for daily operations.
  • Work effectively within pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in reviewing and approving invoices.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position available to candidates in EST and CST time zones only. The role can potentially lead to a long-term opportunity depending on workload volume post go-live in January 2026.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
