Shift 1: Mon-Fri AM 7am-4pm (Scanning + Data entry) - 1 position
Shift 2: Mon-Fri AM 9am-6pm (Data entry focus) - 1 position

Position Summary:
The job scope is working with the corporate mailroom performing Data entry, being proficient in excel and comfortable being seated and working on a computer for the majority of your day. Opening mail, making copies of envelopes, matching the stuffing to the copies and working with scanning those documents in is a vital part of the scanning position. This entails seated computer work using Adobe, Excel, and outlook. Being up and on your feet using the scanners on large digital printers is a requirement.

This role may occasionally include: Digital printing on large production class printers. Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

we have envelope/paper boxes that weight up to 50lb so needs to be able to lift that and we are up and running around like all day so on their feet for almost a full shift may happen
