Description:
Conceptually Social Catering offers dynamic menus and event experiences customized to client's event needs. We are the premier event coordinator and caterer for the monOrchid gallery located on Roosevelt Row in Downtown Phoenix. We also offer our services to the location of your choice, and are able to offer special event experiences as well as daily meal services to corporate offices.

Requirements:
-19 years or older
-Food handling card or certification through the approved organization, and ability to apply that knowledge by way of proper food handling
-2 Years experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment
-Strong communication skills in a highly social environment
-Able to lift and move 50 pounds
-Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
-Should have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts and locations on time
-Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
-Ability to easily adapt to new settings and new team members
-Can follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
-Outgoing high energy personality
-Ability to communicate accurate information and needs peers and managers
-Is solution-orientated

Additional Info:
MAIN DUTIES:

-Cleanliness of the dish machine area including floors and walls.
-Cleanliness of mop sink.
-Cleanliness of the outside walkway.
-Removal of any and all excess water on floors as needed.
-Organization and sanitation of dishes as they are put away.
-Seeking new cleaning tasks in any down time.
-Organization and putting away all of the chemicals and dry goods (paper towels, trash bags, etc)
-Following the daily cleaning schedule
