Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday Thursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and dependable Material Handler to join our energetic production team in Phoenix! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by moving materials efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, and supporting production goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

• Keep production moving by transporting materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions for all stored and transferred materials
• Support smooth production flow by organizing, labeling, and handling materials with care
• Perform cycle counts and assist with ERP data entry (Oracle experience preferred)
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to maintain accuracy and productivity
• Follow safety and quality standards while meeting daily goals

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or stockroom environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ERP system experience (Oracle preferred) and familiarity with cycle counting
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs unaided and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
