Vi at Grayhawk is located at 7501 E. Thompson Peak Pkwy, Scottsdale AZ 85255

This is a PRN - On Call position.

Responsibilities:

As a Certified Caregiver/Nursing Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing high-quality personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living.
• Providing light housekeeping support.
• Ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs and weights.
• Encouraging participation in social activities and engagement.
• Assisting with dining services and tray service as needed.
• Identifying and reporting any deviations from safe practices.
• Carrying out other care-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Experience with geriatric clients preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current state certification required; food handlers certification where applicable. Current CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Pay Range: USD $18.47 - USD $22.17 /Hr.
