Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Picker Packer in Phoenix AZ!

Temp to Hire $18/hour
Shit 7am - 3:30pm (some OT required)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Overview:
We're seeking a reliable Picker Packer to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
-Load/unload trailers and containers
-Perform product put-away and cycle counting
-Operate warehouse equipment and RF scanners
-Complete system transactions in ERP/WMS (Epicor experience a plus)
-Maintain warehouse organization and follow all safety policies

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-6+ months of warehouse, picking/packing, or RF scanner experience preferred
-Ability to meet productivity goals and follow written/verbal instructions
-Basic math and computer skills
-Willingness to be trained on equipment and systems
