Assembler Technician

Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring Assembler Technicians and Vehicle Handlers for a large, well-known automotive client in Mesa, AZ. As an Assembler (Manufacturing), you will be an essential part of our clients core operations, ensuring that quality product is produced, assembled, packaged, and ready for delivery to the end customer. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation (starting at $23/hour) and a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include first shift for now. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assembling of electrical and mechanical components.
• Use of hand power tools to complete installations and rebuilds.
• Use blueprints to guide set up and assembling components of vehicle.
• Maintain work area and equipment by proper cleaning and organizing.
• Ensure product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing process.
• Maintain efficiency and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Stack, pack, count, and label completed parts that are ready for distribution.

Required Qualifications of the Assembler (Manufacturing):

• Must have 2 years of consecutive experience in an automotive, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, service technician or HVAC experience.
• Resume required, along with excellent work history.
• High attention to detail and safety/compliance.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
