Responsibilities:
Process and maintain inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and investigating/correcting transaction errors
Handle shipping documentation for both domestic and international orders
Perform physical warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Work in varied physical conditions, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and tolerating hot or cold warehouse environments
Use manual dexterity to operate tools or equipment as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Proficient in data entry, order processing, and resolving transaction errors
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Strong English communication skills, including the ability to read fine print
Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently
Flexible schedule with availability for overtime
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, sit, or walk for long periods, and perform repetitive movements such as bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling
Experience handling hand tools and equipment
Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse environments
Flexible scheduling is a must; Shifts are typically 12 hours and may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends
