Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Duration: 8 months contract with likelihood for extension

Job Location: Phoenix, AZ - Onsite

Note That: Candidates will be driving his/her own car and will be reimbursed for the mileage. Could be between 4 sites (Phoenix, Glendale, Goodyear and Mesa)


Job Description:

  • The Administrative Staff Specialist provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of medical and clinical office activities.
  • This position supports providers, nurses, and management staff by coordinating administrative processes, managing documentation, handling scheduling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast- environment.
  • Ability to jump in where needed and learn a new system quickly (eCW)

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare or medical office setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, EHR/EMR systems, and healthcare compliance standards.

Education Required:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
