You will leverage your communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure thorough issue resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Proficient in computer systems and customer service software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
